{Ashley & Paul Engaged} 6.18.12

I am in love with so many of these engagement photos! Ashley and Paul were so fun to photograph, I didn't have to do anything to make them laugh! You can tell these two are perfect for eachother with how they interacted in their session...Paul was even singing to Ashley, it was cute! :) We squezzed this session in at 8pm on a Monday night to get it in before a big storm was coming through....for those of you that don't live in Duluth little did we know it was going to be a flood! I am happy we were able to get this session in before.  I hope you enjoy the photos as much has I do!

We ended at dusk on the beaches of Lake Superior!

{Mila & Cali, One Year} 6.9.12

This is Mila and Cali! How cute are they?! I really enjoyed capturing their one year photos....even though it was twice the work and at this age they were on the go! It took a lot from their family behind the seens to get the girls to smile...you will see one in a few photos.  I bet they keep their mom and dad very busy! I was in love with their little swimsuits....I will admit I got a background to match them. :)

{The Maki Family} 6.3.12

Meet the Maki Family! I photographed them back in June but am catching up on all my posts. I have known this family for a while but hadn't seen their one year old since he was born! It was fun to see him so active....we had the hardest time getting him to smile until his parents started to tickle him and it was hard to get him to stop! I loved the locations for this session, how could you go wrong with a back drop of Lake Superior?! I get to capture a lot of one year olds this summer and Ayden was an adorable start!

{Craig & Jessie Wedding} 4.28.12

Welcome to the first wedding I have ever photographed! I went to highschool with the bride and was so excited when she asked me to photograph her special day! It definetaly was beautiful despite the colder weather and rain.  The wedding was in Oakdale, MN at Guardian Angels church and Oakmarsh Golf Course.  This wedding was filled with love that the bride and groom have for eachother and it was fun to capture that in every photo.  Your wedding day lasts a life time with the photos you have to remember it by! Luckily the rain cleared up after their ceremony so we were able to get some photos in downtown Stillwater and at the location that Craig proposed! A couple fun twists of the day were Craig and Jessie greeting their guests as they entered the church and Jessie had a second dress to surprise her groom with at the dance! Very fun! I wish you two nothing but the happiest life together! Thank you for letting me capture your day!
